Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Items must be shipped promptly after creating the return request.


Domestic (U.S.) Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • A pre-paid UPS label can be generated in our portal for your convenience; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

  • If you want to return items from more than one order, you must request a return for each order separately.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must choose their own carrier.

  • Print the portal packing slip, purchase shipping (with tracking and insurance recommended), and send one order per parcel.


Item Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With all original tags attached


Final-Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie/Undergarments

  • Beauty Products

  • Accessories

  • Party Wear

  • Items ending in .48 or .98

Any final-sale items returned will be discarded with no credit issued.


Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Items

Do not send these through the return portal.

  • Contact Customer Care via our Help Center within 14 days of delivery.

  • If verified, we will provide a complimentary return label and issue store credit once processed.


Inspection & Adjustments

  • All returns are inspected.

  • Worn, altered, missing, or ineligible items may reduce or cancel your refund/credit.

  • Adjustments are issued only after warehouse review.


Reserved Rights

CEO APPAREL & CO. reserves the right to refuse or limit returns if we identify:

  • Excessive or irregular return history (“wardrobing”)

  • Evidence of worn, altered, or damaged items being returned

  • Potential fraud or abuse of our policy

Non-CEO APPAREL & CO. items received will be discarded without credit.
