  • We comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires shipment within stated timeframes or within 30 days if no timeframe is given.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying U.S. orders. Expedited and international shipping options are available at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Final Sale items, gift cards, and digital goods are not eligible for return.
